DELIVERY SERVICE

This service was intended to assist our tenants, but now we’re expanding it to include other people in the city.

We will pick up and deliver nonperishables (groceries, electronics, hardware, etc) from Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Down To Earth and Home Depot.

There’s a 25% service fee based on the total of the receipts ($50 minimum) and a $25 delivery charge to your front door within a 5 mile radius of the Convention Center.

A deposit estimated at 50% of the total amount is due at time of order via PayPal (for this service the additional 3% is n/a) and the balance by credit/debit card upon delivery.

Maximum number of items is 25 (up to 5 of each item), max weight per item is 20 lbs, max dimension per item is 2 feet; please specify which stores, item type, brand, size, quantity, etc.

For same day delivery by 6 pm your emailed order must be received by 9 am and PayPal payment received by 11 am, otherwise your order will be delivered the next day between 12 pm and 6 pm.

We will make 2 phone call attempts prior to delivery to give estimated time of arrival and 1 delivery attempt, if you don’t answer the phone or aren’t home when we arrive then all items and money paid will be forfeited.

We will not be responsible for anything beyond our control, this service may be withdrawn at anytime without advance notice and we reserve the right to decline service to anyone, even arbitrarily. If your requested item is not available, but another brand of the same or similar type item is available, we will make the substitution unless you say in your order no substitutions.

All orders are subject to acceptance and sales are final from us, but, naturally, you may return anything to any of the stores the items were purchased from as per that store’s refund policy; any shortage or damage must be reported at time of delivery, so please inspect carefully. For deliveries from stores that don’t use bags, eg, Costco and Sam’s Club, you must provide your own container at your front door.
