We have rental and sales apartments in the luxurious fee simple/leasehold Century Center which is diagonally across the street from the Hawaii Convention Center, by the start to Waikiki. This magnificent high-rise of residential, commercial, and office/residential units is located on the corner of Kalakaua Ave and Kapiolani Blvd. The building’s many amenities and facilities include a 24-hour front desk, 24-hour security service, men’s and women’s exercise rooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, conference and party rooms, pool table, table tennis, recreation deck, jogging track…it's like a resort! Initial rental term is normally 9-12 months. Assigned garage parking is optional for $200 per month. Century Center is very centrally located with several bus stops near the building, and is only a block from the entrance to Waikiki, about half a mile from Ala Moana Shopping Center (the state’s largest), Wal-Mart/Sam’s Club, about 2 miles from the University of Hawaii and Hawaii Pacific University (in the heart of downtown), about 3 miles from Costco, etc. All apartments have a full bath (unless otherwise noted) and central air conditioning. Also, all apartments have either a full kitchen or kitchenette (the tenant can use their own small appliances, eg, microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, rice cooker, etc.).

A 24 hour Front Desk service provides added security, as well as the convenience of allowing couriers and visitors to leave items for pick up by Century Center tenants, and vice versa.
The jogging track is about seven laps to a mile and has a special shock absorbent material to reduce the strain to the ankles and knees. The swimming and wading pools are on the right.
The Men's Gym is co-ed and well equipped for a complete body workout. There is also a separate Women's Gym.
The pool table is located in the Recreation Room along with the ping pong table. The room is available for social functions at no additional cost; commercial use is $20/hour.
